Upon graduating from our co-stylist program, you’ll be celebrated with a custom North Face jacket embroidered with your name and our salon logo—a symbol of your achievement and place in our team.

Ongoing Education & Mentorship

Education is at the heart of our salon. We offer:

📍 A structured co-stylist program—designed for hands-on learning and mentorship

📍 Monthly in-salon training, out of salon training opportunities and access to national hair shows

📍 Financial support for stylists to take additional classes that inspire them

📍Co-Stylist Opportunity Days—practice sessions with friends & family to build confidence as a co-stylist

Right now, our salon is a thriving three-chair space, but we have big plans! Over the next five years, we aim to:
