Ongoing Education & Mentorship

📍 A structured co-stylist program—designed for hands-on learning and mentorship

📍 Monthly in-salon training, out of salon training opportunities and access to national hair shows

📍 Financial support for stylists to take additional classes that inspire them

📍Co-Stylist Opportunity Days—practice sessions with friends & family to build confidence as a co-stylist
